The Batman

The Batman (2022) Director Matt Reeves, the filmmaker behind the recent Planet of the Apes film trilogy, reimagines the story of the DC Comics caped crusader in this dark and brooding affair that tips its hat to the cinema of the 1970s and fellow director, David Fincher (Seven). Robert Pattinson takes the lead in the nearly three-hour film steeped in film noir and squares off against The Riddler in this dark and brooding affair.

Cyrano (2022) Peter Dinklage has the title role in this musical updating of the Edmond Rostand play, Cyrano de Bergerac.


New to Streaming:

Downfall: The Case Against Boeing (2022) Director Rory Kennedy examines the aftermath of the two crashes involving Boeing aircraft that resulted in the deaths of 346 people in this arresting new Netflix documentary.

Kimi (2022) Steven Soderbergh’s latest, a tech thriller in the vein of the classic film, The Conversation, in which a tech worker believes she saw a murder, is now available via HBO Max.

New to Disc:


 Belfast (2021) Kenneth Branagh’s acclaimed look back at his own tumultuous childhood during the late 1960s makes its disc debut with such extras as featurettes, deleted scenes and commentary.

Decal Releasing:

Flee (2021) A man on the cusp of marriage is forced to reveal previously hidden details about himself for the first time in this animated awards contender making its home video debut.

Warner Brothers:

Scooby Doo: Where Are You?: The Complete Series (1969-74) All three seasons of the fondly remembered and influential animated series are making their way to Blu Ray in this new four-disc set.

The Batman: The Complete Series (2004-2008) brings together all five seasons of the animated series in a six-disc Blu Ray set.

James Bond: The Daniel Craig Collection (2006-2021) The five adventures featuring actor Daniel Craig inhabiting the role of Agent 007 are making their way to the 4K format in a ten-disc set that also contains all of the previously issued extras as well. Films included are Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, Spectre and No Time to Die.
