Hickory – Taste Full Beans Coffeehouse and Gallery in downtown Hickory will host a gathering for their current artists from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, June 17. Everyone is welcome to attend, meet the artists on hand, listen to live music, and enjoy food and beverages from the cafe’s regular menu. Local musician, Sean Jarman and Friends will provide the music.
The event will include free coffee, free specialty drinks with the purchase of more than $10 worth of art, and a Scavenger Hunt with a reward of a free specialty drink for the first 5 to correctly complete the hunt.
Art currently for sale at Taste Full Beans includes: acrylics on repurposed windows by Leslie Hamlin; Selected sketches and watercolors by Bud Caywood; One-of-a-kind pottery by Amanda Dobbins; Large-scale oils by Terra Gedeon; Quilled cards by Susannah McGee; Jewelry by Lori Clement; Handmade wooden spoons by Sam Tallman; Hand-crafted baskets by the Batwa Tribe of Uganda; Photography by Jenn Garich, John Murgo, Amy Weaver, and Amber Summerow, and much more.
