Lincolnton, NC – Are you planning to attend the 44th Lincoln County Apple Festival   scheduled for  Saturday, September 17th in Downtown Lincolnton from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.? Have you been wondering  regarding the availability of  non-vendor  parking lots at the Apple Festival? If your answer was “Yes”, then your choices are simple. The Lincolnton Lions Club will be charging $5.00 per vehicle in  their 3 parking lots at the following Downtown businesses:

Raymond James Financial Services- 517 East Main Street
First Citizen Bank- 112 North Laurel Street (Behind Don’s BP Station)
First Citizen Bank- 425 East Main Street

Due to Highway’s 27 and East Main Street will be closed  for the Apple Festival,  detour signs will be prominently displayed to reroute traffic. To reach the Lincolnton Lions Club three parking lots, festival goers should  follow these directions below:

TURN RIGHT @ City of Lincolnton Police Department onto FLINT STREET
Go 1 Block and TURN LEFT onto Sycamore Street
Go 1/10 mile until you see LIONS in their YELLOW VEST and GOLF SHIRTS directing people with their BRIGHT RED APPLE FLAGS into one of their three parking lots.

In addition to collecting $5.00 per vehicle at their 3 Lions Club Parking lots, the Lincolnton Lions Club will be selling brooms, kazoos, and Camp Dogwood Raffle Tickets.

The proceeds from these items supports sight conversation, benefits the blind/visually impaired, and supports Camp Dogwood, and other Lions Club Charities.

$5 Child’s Broom; $8.00 Synthetic Soft Sweep Broom; $10 Household Straw Broom; $12 Industrial/ Patio Straw Broom; Cost of Lions Club kazoos are $1. each.

Cost of Camp Dogwood Raffle Tickets are: $1 per ticket; $10 for Book of 12 tickets People purchasing a Camp Dogwood Raffle Ticket have three chances to win. You need not be present to win.
