Hickory – The time has come for one of the most popular exhibitions featured at Full Circle Arts. The Tiny Art Show challenges artists to think small. The maximum size for artwork must be no larger than 7 inches in any direction with a maximum outside dimension of 12 inches for the frame or base of 3 dimensional works.
All members of the public are invited to attend the reception for the “Tiny Art Show” on Thursday, July 14, from 6:00 to 8:00 in the evening at Full Circle Arts Gallery. We hope that our reception promises not to be “tiny”. “Tiny” prizes and beautiful ribbons handmade by our member Genie Greenlaw will be awarded. We will also have a People’s Choice Award which we have had in the past. New this year, a “tiny” cash prize will also be awarded.
Remember that tiny art is affordable and makes a very unique gift.
Our judge for the competition is Clarissa Starnes, Galleria and Collections Manager, Hickory Museum of Art.
The exhibition will be on display during Full Circle Arts’ gallery business hours Wed.-Friday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sat.10:00 am – 2:00 pm from July 14 through August 13, 2016.
