Lenoir, NC – The Caldwell Arts Council and the Town of Granite Falls are sponsoring the annual Art in the Park concert in downtown Granite Falls on Monday, May 16, 2016, beginning at 6:30 p.m. This year, the featured artists for Art in the Park will be Fox and Company.

Fox and Company formed in 2008 and is a six-piece band specializing in dance oriented music. The band members are from Morganton, Lenoir, and Hickory and play at events all over western and central North Carolina.

The group members are all related, and include Alan McGalliard on bass guitar, Brian Beane on drum, John Crisp on lead guitar, Maressia Fox on keyboard, Michael Fox on lead vocals, and Stephen Fox on lead vocals. Fox and Company plays Classic Rock, Southern Rock, Country, Bluegrass, Oldies, Pop, and more, including hits from Alabama, the Eagles, Tim McGraw, Pharrell Williams, Elvis, and Bob Seger. Fox and Company will play a variety of hits that everyone in your family is sure to love!

The annual Art in the Park concert is held on the square in downtown Granite Falls as a public service to the community. ADMISSION IS FREE! Bring your lawn chairs and spend the evening listening to live music in downtown Granite Falls. Make sure you bring your dancing shoes too! In case of rain, the concert will be held in the Granite Falls Middle School auditorium.
