Hickory – Hickory Police Department continues our traffic enforcement operation “P.A.C.T. – Pay Attention in City Traffic”. The focus for July will be Highway 70 SE from 2nd Street SE to Fairgrove Church Road SE.
Enforcement focus will continue to include: red light violations, following too close, distracted driving and speeding.
As always, citizens are encouraged to be vigilant and observe all traffic laws, avoid utilizing mobile and digital devices and maintain driving awareness while operating a motor vehicle.
