This is the third annual event held by Chapter 84 of the Taylorsville DAV. All proceeds go to benefit Alexander County disabled veterans. The Disabled American Veterans are dedicated to a single purpose, empowering veterans to lead high quality lives with respect and dignity. We accomplish this by ensuring that veterans and their families can access the full range of benefits available and funds raised at this event will go to purchasing things like hospital beds, materials for building wheelchair ramps, wheelchairs, walkers, and other items of benefit to the disabled.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or by calling James Adair at 828.495.4688 or 828.446.3507. The DAV meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 582 Carrigan Road in Taylorsville.
