Newton, NC -Some losses are felt in a way that words cannot express. When we experience the loss of someone very dear, it is often helpful to express that sadness through creative expression. Colors, words, textures, and shapes can help us share our feelings without saying a word.

Art for the Heart, a free art workshop for bereaved spouses and children, will be offered in September at Carolina Caring in Newton.
