Newton, NC – On June 29th North Carolina Senator Jeff Jackson, known for his service in advocacy of transparent and respectable government, will visit Catawba County the evening of the 29th of June to discuss the NC General Assembly and the Game Plan of action to Break the Super Majority.
The forum will be at 7 p.m. at Newton Conover Auditorium, 60 West 6th St. in Newton, NC 28658. All are welcome. There is no charge.
A Chapel Hill native, Jackson holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in philosophy from Emory University and earned a law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Jackson currently works as a business litigator at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice in Charlotte.
He serves in the United States Army National Guard and saw active duty in Afghanistan. Prior to joining the state senate, he worked as a prosecutor in Gaston County, North Carolina.
