Bethlehem, NC – Come join with Mt. Pisgah Lutheran church in Bethlehem as we prepare our hearts during the special journey towards Easter. Rejoice with us this season of Lent! April 13th, (Saturday)—First Communion Class 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch is included. One adult is asked to attend. If you wish to bring a child to class or wish more information, please call the office at 828.495.8251.

April 14th, (Sunday)—Palm Sunday. First Communions will be celebrated. Mt. Pisgah Adult Choir will perform a Lenten Cantata at both services. The Children’s Easter Egg Hunt takes place at 9:15 a.m. and the hunt is open to all children in the community. Come help us find 2,000 Easter Eggs!

April 18th, (Thursday)—Maundy Thursday service will be led by Mt. Pisgah Youth at 6:30 p.m. The service will begin in Celebration Hall at 6:30 and a light meal will be served, modeled after the Last Supper. The congregation will move into the Sanctuary in quiet and reflection for the remainder of the service, which includes Communion, open to all.

April 19th, (Friday)—Good Friday service at 6:30 p.m.

April 21st, (Sunday)—He has risen indeed! Easter services at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Share in a congregational breakfast offered by Mt. Pisgah’s Men’s Group at 9:00 a.m.

The Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church is located at 9379 Route 127 North in Bethlehem, in front of the Lowes Food shopping center.
