Humane Society’s Benefit Golf Tourney Is Monday, Sept. 17

Hickory – Humane Society of Catawba County’s biggest fundraiser of the year is coming up on September 17 at Catawba Country Club.

Join us for the 17th Annual Bud Lofland Memorial Golf Classic! Bud Lofland, a supporter and volunteer, initiated our first golf tournament in 2002, and it has become a major fundraising event for HSCC instrumental in our growth.

Sadly, Bud passed from this life in 2008. His leadership with the golf tournament and dedication to help homeless animals will always be remembered.
