Hickory – Claim your power and confidence! Local instructors are offering a free Self Defense Class for Women on the first Saturday of each month. Due to the holiday, the first class in July will be Saturday, July 14.
The Instructors are 4th Degree Black Belt, Master Rick Donkel and 2nd Degree Black Belt, Dr. Maria Elberg. Donkel and Dr. Elberg are one of the first husband and wife teams in the area teaching this class.
The location of the class is 1273 16th St NE, Hickory, NC 28601. Register for the class at 10:30am, class is from 11am-12:30pm.Please call 828-638-3239 for more information.
