Hickory – Patrick Beaver Memorial Library has partnered with Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center to offer a Christmas wreath-making workshop on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 10:00 
a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The workshop will be led by Allison Houchins, Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center Director of Education/Gallery Curator. Houchins will instruct the class in working with fresh greenery to create a large wreath for holiday home décor. Participants will learn the basics of wreath construction, design elements, and use of floral tools.
At the end of the workshop, participants will complete and take home a large, finished, fresh green wreath. The class is free, but pre-registration is required. Class size is limited.
