Hickory – The Hickory Community Theatre will be holding auditions for the comedy Flanagan’s Wake on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 17 and 18 at 7pm. Callbacks, if necessary, will be on Wed., Sept. 19, also at 7pm.

The play is an audience-involved comedy with music, to be performed in the Council Chamber and Theatre Lobbies. To learn more about the show go online to https://www.dramaticpublishing.com/flanagan-s-wake.

Roles are available for five men and two women. The character of Mother Flanagan is played by a male actor. The production is being directed by the Theatre’s Artistic Director, Pam Livingstone. Rehearsals begin on Mon., Sept.24 at 7pm.

The performance dates for Flanagan’s Wake will be Fridays and Saturdays (Nov. 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 & 17) at 8pm, Thursdays (Nov. 8 & 15) at 7:30pm and Sundays (Nov. 11 & 18) at 2:30pm. All actors cast must be at every performance.
